Google launching enterprise voice in 2010
Google is launching enterprise voice in 2010.Google is doing it again. I always thought Google changed the role of a salesperson. Prior to Google, the search engine, customers cannot readily find solutions, reviews, and prices to their problems. After Google, most salesperson go into a call to find their customers more knowledgeable, or at least knowledgeable to a certain extend.
Google Voice currently has 1.4 million users. Google Apps currently has 2 million business customers. Google is set to change the face of enterprise sales. The UC market is set for a big disruption.
